The fee mentioned is not inclusive of the GST @ 18%, as applicable.
The registration fee does not include any travel cost, insurance, accommodation, sightseeing tours or airport transfers.
While your safety is of utmost importance, the committee/ organisers will take no responsibility for loss of belongings/ valuables or damage to your property.
Accompanying Persons including spouses are not allowed without registration.
A convenience fee of 4.5% will be charges over & above the fee & taxes for all online transaction as a bank convenience fee.

Kindly send the cancellation requests to [email protected], on or before 24^th Mar’24. Cancellations or changes will not be accepted on the phone.
Up to 24^th Mar’24 – money will be refunded after deducting the processing fee (Rs. 500/-) and taxes paid, within 30 days from initiating the request for cancellation
25^th Mar’24 onwards – No refunds; even if an attendee is unable to attend due to travel carrier cancellations or other unforeseen incidents beyond the organisers’ control
